Portable 45TPH asphalt drum mix plant with one 10 Ton capacity split cold feed bin. Dual fuel – 2 stage burner. Fines control by wet scrubber and cyclone box combination, triple phase electric motors, electro mechanic controls, all mounted on one single axle fifth wheel chassis. Portable 5200 Gallon direct fired AC tank with jacketed asphalt pump and scavenger hot oil system with pump and expansion tank. Load out conveyor system with 500 Kg batcher supported by A frame structure.
