1 Portable Symons/Nordberg 4-1/4 Std. Cone Crusher Plant Reconditioned Symons/Nordberg 4-1/4 Std. Cone Crusher. Crusher will be completely disassembled and all needed repairs will be made and parts replaced as needed. Crusher includes a lubrication tank, hoses, temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, wear liners, 200 HP electric motor, sheaves, v-belts, and guard. Used 6’ x 20 (3d) Horizontal screen. Screen includes electric motor, sheaves, v-belts, springs, and fabricated steel discharge chutes for all (3) decks with the 1st deck chute directing material into the cone crusher, and the 2nd and 3rd deck chutes directing material to opposite sides of the chassis. A chute under the screen will direct fines material onto the 48" rear discharge conveyor w/ electric motor, and 2-ply belting. Crusher and screen will be mounted on a used heavy-duty I-beam chassis w/ 36" side discharge conveyor w/ electric motor and 2-ply belting, fixed blocking stands, air brakes, signal lights, and fifth wheel pin for transport.
